Savoy cabbage soup

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
1 savoy cabbage
3 onions
2 beef stock cubes

Preparation:
Dice cabbage and onions. Heat some oil in a large pan and cook the diced onions until their brown. Add the cabbage and cover with boiling water. Add the beef sock cubes (you might also use tomato soup powder). Let it cook for 30mins and serve.

Comments:
Very easy and will feed you for two days.
