Ingrrdients:
3 Carrots thinly sliced - 20p (Tesco)
1 potatoe cut in small pieces - 20p (Tesco)
1 cube beef stock
1 spoon tomatoe sauce
Preparation:
Put some olive oil in a large pan and lightly fry the carrot thinly sliced. Add water and the stock and let it boil for 5 mins. Add the potatoes and the tomato sauce or puree. Let it cook for about 20 to 30 mins. Remove from the cooker once tender and use the mixer to turn it into a creamy puree. Serve and enjoy.
